Tobias Bischof Soccer Training Camp Refund Policy (2024):

The following policy applies to registrants who have not purchased Allianz Insurance.  
Due to contracts with our service providers and travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with our Coaching Staff, and other operational expenses incurred prior to camps partial refunds can only be given, if requested in writing and received by our camp  office 7 days prior to the camp start date. A written refund request must be sent via email to Shannon Grogan (T.B.S.T. Camp and Clinic Director) at tbsoccertraining2019@gmail.com outlining  the camper’s name, camp session, and request for refund, with a stated reason for cancellation. The non-refundable fee for each camp is outlined below  

  • Young Star and Senior Elite Training  Camps: $45.00 Non-Refundable Fee
  • Advanced Full Day Camps: $60.00  Non-Refundable Fee

Tobias Bischof Soccer Training Clinic Refund Policy (2024)

The following policy applies to registrants who have not purchased Allianz Insurance.

Payment for any and all Tobias Bischof Soccer Training ID Clinics in non-refundable unless the following circumstances occur:

  • Participant’s ability to perform at scheduled event is hindered due to illness or injury. Refund due to illness/injury is credited in full for a subsequent Tobias Bischof Soccer Training ID Clinic of equal monetary value upon obtainment of a Doctor’s note prior to the start of the event. Note should be sent to T.B.S.T. Camp and Clinic Director Shannon Grogan (tbsoccertraining2019@gmail.com)
  • Tobias Bischof Soccer Training cancels the event a participant has paid for. A full monetary refund without the processing fee will be provided to participant. This policy does not account for an event cancellation that falls under the ‘Cold Weather Refund Policy’ or the 'Excessive Heat Refund Policy'

Tobias Bischof Soccer Training Two Day ID Clinic Refund Policy (2024):  
The following policy applies to registrants who have not purchased Allianz Insurance.

Due to contracts with our service providers and travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with our Coaching Staff, and other operational expenses incurred prior to the clinic, partial refunds can only be given if requested in writing and received by our clinic office 7 days prior to the clinic start date. A written refund request must be sent via email to Shannon Grogan (T.B.S.T. Camp and Clinic Director) at tbsoccertraining2019@gmail.com outlining the participant's name, event name, and request for refund, with a stated reason for cancellation. The non-refundable fee for a Two Day ID Clinic  

  • Two Day ID Clinic Registration:$100.00 Non-Refundable Fee

Payment for a one day registration of our Two Day ID Clinic and/or participant cancelling under 7 days prior to clinic's start is non-refundable unless the following circumstances occur:

  • Participant’s ability to perform at scheduled event is hindered due to illness or injury. Refund due to illness/injury is credited in full for a subsequent Tobias Bischof Soccer Training ID Clinic of equal monetary value upon obtainment of a Doctor’s note prior to the start of the event.
